	Diana TENEA, MRDPA, RO – Welcome speech
9:30-13:00	MIRD URBAN-INCERC presented Plancoast project – the territorial component;
	“Ovidius” University from Constanta presented their Projects in the Black Sea area and the most important results of its;
	National Institute for Marine Research and Development – Grigore Antipa presents several projects – PlanCoast which purpose was for preparation of the informational support and database updating to sustain the elaboration of Integrated Maritime Spatial Planning Strategy, COCONET project with aim to upgrade the observation systems to cover biodiversity and ecosystem functioning, ECOMAGIS project – develop for implementation of a complex GIS for ecosystem-based management, through integrated monitoring and assessment of the biocenosis status and its evolution trends in the fast changing environment;
	Institute of Oceanology – Bulgarian Academy of Sciences presented SYMNET project – an innovative solution for environmental protection and sustainable development in black sea basin, which aimed to establish an industrial symbiosis system as an innovative approach in order to minimize the environmental degradation in response to climate changes while increasing economic and social development in the Black Sea Basin;
	Danube Delta National Institute from Romania presents the project PEGASO Spatial planning modeling in ICZM implementation for Black Sea.

14:00-17:00	Afternoon session – working meeting. The aim of this session was to clarify all the details of the project (process, responsibilities, budget, activities). The representatives of MRDPA underlined the importance of the implication of the partners in order to achieve the project objectives and to have a integrated approach – taken in account the large sectoral domains covered by the partners.
